Help im keylogged?

i wen't on that site that that guy told me in my last question says the program is infected with a keylogger so i deleted the file,I download a free anti-virus software.I scan my comp i found it right,Then it says canot virusinfectes archives in file cannot not be dissenfected.

I NEED HELP ASAP IM GONNA GET MY CREDIT CARD NUMBERS STOLEN
