You have been infected with VirusBurster trojan. It is a Smitfraud Infection and it will drive you crazy until you remove it from your computer. I will recommend doing System Restore. Go to Start %26gt; All Programs %26gt; Accessories %26gt; System Tools %26gt; System Restore.

Follow the on-screen instructions to take back your computer's configuration to some previous date, when the message did not haunt you. Restart your computer. After it is done, do a complete system scan with your anti-virus(whatever you use). There are also online ways of getting rid of it, but I don't know them. Maybe someone else will say.
