I recently downloaded AIM Ad-Hack which is basically a program that gets rid of the big advertisement at the top of your AIM buddy list. It seemed like a reputable program so I was surprised when my AVG Anti-Virus software identified 4 files from the program as malware. I went ahead and told it to delete the 4 files. But does anyone know if it really was malware or if it was just a false positive?

One file might have been a false pos, but four sounds like the real thing.
Have you tried googling Ad-Hack? You might find an eye-opener.
