I can't access my address book. Please help.?

I have just had a new computer refit and repair and erase and for some reason, I can't access my address book. I have looked all over my settings and made sure nothing is interferring. All my pop up blockers are off and I don't know what else to do. I use to be able to add emails to my address book, but I can't get into it either way. I have tried clicking the addresses link and trying to use it the other way with the option to add an email to the address book, through reading emails and sending them, but I still can't get into it. I have turned off all my firewalls and anti virus/spyware software and still no luck. What do I do from here. I really need help now. The new name for Address Book is "Contacts."

Click on "Contacts" to open your address book for editing. There will be a form at the top or bottom of your addresses list to fill out for each contact you wish to add.

When you get answers to your question, the Yahoo Answers program will send them to your In-Box.

Sorry!!! Maybe you could do a "System Restore?" Revert back to the date everything was correct. Had to do that for my Outlook Addresses. Got them back too. If it's been erased, as you say, contact the person who erased it. Report It
