Virus...Please help!?

I use Mozilla Firefox and I have gotten The Trojan horseDownloader.delf.12.ag virus. Spybot doesn't seem to take care of it, and I think I got it from using AVG. Does anyone know a site that has free software that can get this crap off my p.c. without downloading more of it that's hidden in a anti-virus file?

Spybot cleans SPYWARE %26 AVG will wipe a VIRUS/TRIJAN/WORM.

you will NOT get nasties from using AVG Anti Virus freeware.

1A. clean up using internet options [ XP %26 Vista are the same ]

delete cookies/history/temp files from internet options general page

2. cookie management [ XP %26 Vista ]

start--control panel--internet options--privacy--advanced--override

select:

allow 1st party cookies

BLOCK 3rd [ tracking ] party cookies

3. clean up windows folders

empty prefetch and temp file folders

start--control panel--[ XP %26 Vista ]

local disk drive (c) [ XP ]
