Help for some reason in all of my folders there are files called Thumbs and Desktop Configuration Se

For some reason when ever i open up a file or folder theres a file inside thats called Desktop configuration settings in all my folders and i didn't make them there also transparent and when

i open them it opens up notepad and it says this"

i have no idea what it means but its in all of my folders and it anoying and when i delete it it well just come back and theres also another one called "Thumbs" appears in all of my folders i have no idea what that is ether and it wont let me delete that one and when i open it in the files it says all of these wierd codes i cant under stand there like

that also transparent and what ever these files are im pretty sure there not Viruses because i did a virus can with 3 different anti virus softwares on safe mode please help.

You don't want to delete these files--they are necessary system files. Your computer is set to show these hidden files that you otherwise wouldn't see. Leave them there and change this setting:

1) Open My Computer

2) Click Tools %26gt; Folder Options

3) Click the View tab

4) Look for "Hidden files and Folders" and click the option labeled "Do not show hidden files and folders"
